Ray Quinn, 20, the favourite of the bookies won the Dancing on Ice skating talent show. His impressive routine left everyone baffled. His performance was brilliant. Come April 2nd, the Sheffield Arena will be the venue for the forthcoming 25th Bolero anniversary tour for Dancing on Ice stars. Roxanne pallet along with her partner Dan Whitson has been practicing intensely to perfect the Bolero moves.
