There are rumours doing the rounds that Jason Mesnick dumped Melissa Rycroft but Jason says he will regret it the rest of his life. Melissa Rycroft, who is rejected from the bachelor show, accuses Jason Mesnick of dumping her. She says he cheated on her with runner-up Molly Malaney. Meanwhile, Mesnick who appeared on a television show on Friday last stated that he did not speak to Malaney ever before or after the show. All he did was ask Malaney to appear with him on national television in front of Rycroft and that is what made him look so nervous. On the show, Mesnick had confessed his feeling for Malaney.
Melaney says there were moments when she sympathized with Melissa as she was heart broken by Jason too. Jason openly admitted that he was still in love with Melaney on the special show but Rycroft feels cheated and let down. Not only did Jason dump Melissa after leading her on and making her think she won, but he did it in front of a live nationally broadcast audience; everyone and anyone could view Melissa’s humiliating moment from up close on their giant 52 inch LCD television. Mesnick now feels sorry that he had to dump Rycroft and he would regret the moment for the rest of his life. The producers of the show were adamant that he do it on the show and he had no choice but to agree and go ahead with it. He reiterates that what he did was solely his responsibility. This is the end of another celebrity engagement and it was done live in front of television viewers. We of course if he is only feeling more sorry now that Melissa has gone onto Dancing with the Stars and nationwide fame, while he is increasingly vilified and hated.
